“North of Naples in Bonita Springs is Pelican’s Nest. If you don’t play anywhere else when you come to Southwest Florida, you must play here. It’s that good.”- Golf Digest
Golf Digest isn’t the only one singing the praises of Pelican’s Nest. The New York Times and Florida Golfer have also ranked us among the best courses in Florida. Designed by world-renowned golf course architect, Tom Fazio, Pelican’s Nest includes 36 holes of professional golf.
Each of the two eighteens, Hurricane and Gator, offer a satisfying challenge. Members and guests especially appreciate the placement of six tee boxes at each hole, which allows golfers of all levels to enjoy the game. Whether you tee off from 550 yards or 150 yards, you’ll feel at ease with the course.
Pelican’s Nest is described as relaxing, fun, challenging, and unforgettable. The course is manicured and maintained with great care. All 36 holes have been recently renovated, including the greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and irrigation system.
Not only is the course’s physical beauty achieved through our efforts, but Pelican’s Nest is also blessed with an abundance of natural beauty. Blooming bougainvilleas, native birds, and mature trees grace the golf course. Pelican’s Nest, a member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program, is surrounded by 33 lakes and a series of wetlands and natural reserves.
Our PGA golf staff offers a variety of clinics and individual lesson packages.
