Pelican's Nest Golf Club is nestled in the gated community of Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs, Fla., bordering the banks of Spring Creek and Estero Bay making us one of Southwest Florida's best-kept secrets. Our award-winning golf club embraces the environment, which provides a sanctuary to many different species of wildlife. The impeccably maintained golf courses, which combine both beauty and shot-making challenges on virtually every hole is what awaits golfers who have the chance to play this true jewel of a facility in Southwest Florida.
Our roots date back to 1985, when master golf architect Tom Fazio was invited, to craft Pelican's Nest Golf Course. The course was an immediate sensation, taking home multiple honors and was ranked as the "#3 Best Public Golf Course" in the United States by Golf Digest, giving Mr. Fazio his first appearance on the list of "Best New Courses". Pelican’s Nest Golf Courses were recognized in 2001 by Audubon International, with a Certificate of Achievement as a “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” a real testament of the membership to protect and enhance our environment and we strive to continue this cherished designation for many years to come. “North of Naples in Bonita Springs is Pelican’s Nest. It’s that good.”- Golf Digest In our 45,000 square foot clubhouse, we present casual dining in the Thirsty Pelican Lounge & Grill Room or outside on the Terrace overlooking expansive views of Spring Creek and the finishing hole of the Gator course. These are perfect havens to wind down and enjoy lunch after a round of golf or to visit with friends in the evening over cocktails and dinner; at sunset the view is breathtaking.
For enjoying a quiet dinner with family and friends, romantic memories, holidays, special club events, we offer a beautiful setting in our newly redecorated Main Dining Rooms. Our Executive Chef offers a wide variety of culinary treats featuring his signature seafood dishes and other outstanding delicacies. Our members enjoy having two Private Dining Rooms available to host weddings, corporate events, private wine dinners or social parties.
"The Nest" is known for it's hospitality, our members provide an environment where a variety of age groups can participate in a wide spectrum of golf events and social activities to invoke an avenue for new friendships and camaraderie among all the members. We continue to attract members from around the world with most of them living right here in our community of Pelican Landing and the surrounding areas of Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples.
